Treatment continues

Good day again ladies. Not much more to report. Fiona has had chest Xrays and is on oxygen to ease her breathing. (Goodness that sounds serious but it's not really.) She is to be on the intravenous antibiotics until Monday at least and depending how she is then they will consider letting her home. More cards arrived yesterday and Fiona is overwelmed by your kindness. She will have a lot of thank you emails to write when she eventually gets home.
Thank you all again for your kind comments, emails and cards. They are so encouraging.

  1. Hi there -glad that Fiona is stable. I am keeping everything crossed that the chest infection clears up and that they will consider her coming home at the beginning of next week.

    I am soo pleased to hear that Fiona is getting better...Could you please say sorry to her for not being in touch but I have been ill for the last two weeks with a very nasty cold,sore throat etc so I haven't been blogging just tucked up on the sofa..Give her my love I'm thinking of both of you and look forward to see Fiona back blogging....

  11. Thanks so much for the updates!! I am glad there is the possibility of her coming home soon!! I have sent her card out this week but the mail says 10 days. Hopefully Fiona is home before then!!

  14. Sorry to say I've been very behind catching up with blogs so I'm just up to date with how Fiona is now. She's had a really horrible time but I hope she is on the mend now and gets home soon.
