Papertake Weekly #36

Hi girls, thanks for popping in to my blogg for a look see. I hope you find something that you like and maybe even give you a bit of inspiration. I really appreciate your visit.
Well its the start of another working week and a great weekend has passed. Been a funny weekend really. We were out on Saturday night at a joint 40th birthday bash for one of my nephews and his wife. He was 3 months old on our wedding day - I really felt old. There was a bit of a cloud though - his father had been rushed into hospital at the end of the week with a burst appendix so he wasn't there. We visited him yesterday and he is thankfully on the mend.
I made this card for the current Papertake Weekly challenge where they gave a fantastic sketch to follow. I gave me another chance to ink up Magnolia's "Happy Tilda" and I coloured her using my Copics. The papers are Kanban's "Spring Leaves - Aqua" and SEI' "Winter Song - Crystal Arabesque". I used the last of Tracy's fabulous ribbon and made the flowers by hand. Everything else is from my stash. I put some stickles on her cuffs and waistband, you may or may not be able to see them on the photograph.
I would be chuffed if you could find time to leave a comment letting me know what you think of this card. Anything you have to say will, I'm sure, be helpful. Thank you for taking time to visit and please enjoy the rest of your crafting day. Take care.
Hugs,
