I have made this card in the hope that I can squeeze it into three challenges. Create4Fun who gave a fantastic sketch to follow, Allsorts Challenge with a theme of "Spring is in the Air" and Secret Crafters with theme of "Spring has Sprung". The stamp is "Stensilled Daffodils" by Penny Black. I used different watercolours on the varous parts of the stamp before stamping out the image. I do not have names for any of the papers and the embellishments are all from my stash. The flowers are homemade and I have turned up the petals to give extra depth to the card and
I would love to hear your views on this card. It would be great if you could find time to let me know what you think.
I hope you have a great day in whatever you chose to be doing. Stay healthy and safe.

ReplyDeleteHi Fiona, unfortunately I won't be going to the NEC, a little to far for my poor back to travel lol.
ReplyDeleteLove this card, the type of stamp you chose is normally one I would shy away from but you have really done it justice. I wouldn't of thought of using the likes of watercolours on the stamp, it gives an almost painted effect. Those flowers as always are a great finishing feature.
