Sir Stampalot Mega Blog Hop Card
Hi girls. Thanks for calling in here to visit my blog. I trust that all is well with you and yours and that you are having a great day. I hope there is a little something here to please the eye and provide a little inspiration and make your visit worthwhile.
I entered Brenda's blog hop to celebrate the move to new premises by Sir Stampalot before I gave any thought to what I would produce as a card. I then found out that I had won the fantastic candy available on Pascale's blog so I really had to get the thinking cap on. The theme for the card was "Moving" and I was really stumped because most of my stamps are static. In the end I have used Magnolia's " "Edwin chasing Butterflies". It was the only "moving" stamp I had. The papers are Bazzil and GCD "No Worries" paper pad. The "fence" is made using a Martha Stewart border punch - I even tried to make it look as if Edwin was jumping over the fence. The butterflies and flowers are handmade. Everything else is from my stash.
Then believe it or not after all the panic I almost forgot to post this so I am entering this by the skin of my teeth.
Well I hope you like it and that you might be able to spare an extra minute to leave me a comment letting me know what you think.I value you opinions and advice and love reading all your comments.
Go carefully and enjoy the rest of your carfting and blogging day.
Hugs,
