What is this weather up to. We had a beautiful sunny morning and it looked a great day looking out over the garden. Hubby went out at about 9am to make sure the car was clear only to find one half basking in the morning sunshine with perfectly clear windows and the other half covered in a thick hard frost. Still it's better than the snow some of you still have.
I made this card for the current Charisma Cardz challenge following the great sketch they gave. I inked up Magnolia's "Happy Tilda" and coloured her with my Copics. I only got her on Friday so this is the first time I have used her. The papers are Bazzil as a base and SEI's "Juliette". The embellishments are all from my stash and the flowers are as usual handmade. Now on the subject of flowers I have been asked many times if I make them my self and if I do, do I use a punch. Well I do make them myself and I do punch out different sizes of petals to layer them up. They are loosely based on the great tutorial in the first Magnolia Ink magazine although I have tweaked it to suit my own style. I used a Woodware corner punch to do the corners of the paper. As usual I would be overjoyed if you could take a minute to leave a comment. I love reading them.
Have a great day crafting and I hope all goes well for you in whatever you do for the rest of the day.
Hugs,
