Hi girls. Well for those who pop in to see me regularly I glad to let you know that all went well at the hospital this time round. The Consultant carried out the procedure and I felt the difference this time. Better still he told me that in future he will ensure that he deals with me himself. Hopefully I can look forward to a few months with less back pain. Thank you all for your concerned comments. Your support and interest means a lot to me.
So to today's project. When I saw the Just Magnolia challenge for this week and read through Lena Katrine's tutorial I could not resist having a go. I'm afraid I don't know the name of the paper I used to make the basket. I inked the edges of each strip just to highlight the weave. The images are both Magnolia's "Tilda with Tulips". The one on the front of the basket is mounted on Nestie shapes whereas the one on the back is cut out.
The handle is made out of a strip of pink card on which I have mounted a strip on which I punched a border on either side with a Martha Stewart Doily Edge punch. The butterfly is cut with a punch that I don't know the name of - if anyone recognises it I would love to know its name. The embellishments are all from my stash. The chocolate eggs are sitting staring back at me so I'm just wondering if hubby has counted them or if I can risk a dip into them Lol.
If you can spare a moment I would love your opinion on this one.
Thank you for taking time to call in and have a great day.
