Hello girls. Thank you for coming across to see my blog. It's great to have you here and you are
welcome to rummage through my blog as time permits in search of something that will please the eye or ignite your mojo juices. I know that I get a lot of ideas and inspiration browsing through the blogs I visit.
Well I had a card to make for the 60th Birthday of my daughter-in-laws mother and I wanted to try to produce something "special". Then I saw that Secret Crafters were looking for a "Multi-fold card" and I thought that would be a perfect basis on which to proceed. I decided to base the card on a folding design I was shown at a class at Stampaholics in Perth some time ago. The basic layout of the full card is shown in the top picture. The image which is Magnolia's "Tilda with Roses", coloured using my Copic Ciaos is shown in close-up in the picture just above, and the decorative panel with the flowers is shown in the picture below. The papers are Basic Grey's "Lemonade Flower Garden" and Turquoise Bazzil. The embellishments are cut out on white card and silver embossed. The flowers and pearl stamens (difficult to see) are all from my stash. All is finished with Glimmer Mist, Stickles and Sakura Glaze.
