Crafty Sentiments' Valentine's Blog Hop

This Post will stay at the top of my blog until 20:00hrs (GMT) on Thursday 4th February.

This Valentine's Gift Bag is not being entered into any challenges. It has been made specifically for the purposes of the Blog Hop which is the official launch of a new set of Stamps designed by Kathy Hare, available only on the Crafty Sentiments Shop Site. The bag was made by refolding a standard A4 white envelope (with the flap cut off) to give a 3D bag. The back and front are both decorated the same way and I did them by cutting out 2 heart shapes (1 red, 1 white) using the "George and Basic Shapes" cartridge on my Cricut Expressions. On the white heart I stamped Kathy's lovely Teddy image and coloured him with my Copic Ciaos. I used my laptop to create a banner that I have placed across the bag between the two hearts and punched numerous red hearts in two sizes that I have stuck randomly over the front, back and sides. I also did a Martha Stewart "Heart" punched border to run along the top edge and punched holes to take a red ribbon as a closure.
This is a closer frontal view of the image which is on the front and back of the bag.

They are beautiful stamps and well worth a look so why not pop over and see what is available.
If you have arrived here from America's blog you are obviously already on the blog hop and it's great to have you on board.
This is a circular blog hop and there is candy somewhere along the way. You may start here and just continue by clicking on the next name on the list. The end of the blog hop is when you land back on the blog you started on. You don't have to hunt for the blog candy. We want you to enjoy the hop so to be eligible for the blog candy you MUST do 2 things.
  1. You MUST be a follower of the Crafty Sentiments Blog, and

  2. You MUST leave a comment on every blog (5 comments in total).

The next Blog on the hop is : KIM - you'll love her blog, she does some beautiful projects. So leave a comment here and hop over to see her.

Thanks for calling in and have a great day blogging and enjoy the hop
