Hi Girls. My cousin has gone home again and I'm back live so to speak. We had a great few days and I think she enjoyed the break. Thank you for continuing to visit my blog while I've been otherwise occupied. I did manage to do a bit of blog hopping each day but will have to catch up on all my cardmaking.
The challenge at Winter Wonderland was to stamp a candle or decorate a candle holder, so I decided to have a bash at the stamping. It's a long time since I last tried this and it was a good opportunity to give it another go. I used a candle from Tesco's and stamped up Magnolia's "Snow Flurry Tilda" on tissue paper and coloured her on the wrong side. I then placed her on the candle and wrapped her in wax paper and heated the candle with my embossing heat gun to merge the tissue image into the candle.
I hope you like the result. If you have a minute I would love it if you were kind enough to leave me a comment. I would really appreciate you taking the trouble.
I hope all goes well for you today and that the creative juices are flowing.
Hugs,
Fiona x
