Hi girls. Thank you so much for dropping in to my blog today. It's great to have you here and I hope you like what you find. This will be the first time in months that I have posted a card two days running and hopefully I w ill be able to keep it up but we'll see how things go.
Today's card is an easel card that I made for a very special occasion and with two challenges in mind. I found out on Christmas Day when I phoned old neighbours of ours who emigrated to New Zealand 15 years ago that their oldest daughter who was just a little girl at the time is getting married at the end of this month. This gave me the opportunity to use some new heart shaped doilies that I bought and this fits in with the challenge over at Creative Inspirations where the theme is to use a new element and the inspirational photo over at Stamptacular Sunday was of a bride.
Front of the card.
The image I have used is Lili of the Valley's "Bridal Couple" coloured using my Copics and the design paper S.E.I.'s Juliette. The heart shaped doilies are from Joanna Sheen and the lace ribbon and organza ribbon are from my stash.
I hope you like this card because I did try to make it special. Your comments would be very much appreciated if you can find time to leave me one. I so value what you have to say. Thank you for taking time to visit and I hope you enjoy a great weekend. Stay safe and healthy.
