LOTV #76 - A Few of My Favourite Things

Hi girls, I hope you are all keeping fit and warm. After a day when it seemed as though the snow was about to thaw we had more heavy falls overnight and throughout the day. The temperatures have plummeted again so it looks as though we are in for a few more days of winter wonderland here. Everything has ground to a halt with treacherous roads and many of the normal services unavailable.
Anyway at least we are still able to travel through cyber space unimpeded and I am pleased to have you here. Hopefully you'll find something here to bring a smile and maybe even encourage you in your own crafting.
I made this card for the Lili of the Valley challenge which asked us to use "A Few of My Favourite Things". I inked up LOTV's "Dropping the Shopping" which is one of my favourites and coloured it using my Copics. The design paper is Basic Grey's "Eskimo Kisses - Snow Globe" and I used Bazzil as a mount. I used my favourite Wild Orchid flowers and crystals with one of my favourite ribbons and added lots of glister.
I hope you like this card and would love to hear your opinion of it if you can find a moment to leave a comment. I love reading them. I know that quite a few folks visit my blog and don't leave a comment and I always feel it's such a pity that I don't know who has popped in - it would be nice to hear from you all.
Please stay safe and healthy in this horrible weather.
Love and Hugs,

  8. Gorgeous card Fiona. Love that image and DP too.

You seem to have had more snow than us this time. So unfortunately I am getting to work! But came home to feed the dogs and got stuck twice. At least I got home not like the poor people stuck in their cars in the Central belt.

    Take care,

    Kat xx

  17. I can see why she is a favourite, love this card Fiona. That big bow really sets it off too. This snow seems to like hanging about. We have about 6" lying about at the minute, very cold but so hoping that its going to clear soon. You sound so bad over there:( take care. Hugs
