It's Great to be Back


Hi girls. A Happy New Year to each and every one of you. I trust that you are in for a safe, healthy and prosperous 2011. Thank you to those of you who sent me cards - what a wonderful array they make and have been much admired by everyone who ha seen them. They will be kept in a safe place.
I have so missed my blogging over Christmas and New Year but I really needed to recharge the batteries and the break at my son and daughter-in-law's over the holiday period gave me an ideal opportunity. Mind you I did enjoy doing some crafting with Sarah (Lil-paper-pixie) although William made sure that I didn't overdo it. I also got my grandson Jonathan to give me a hand to spruce up my blog with a new background and header.
My card for today was made while I was away. I was under orders to take all my new Tildas with me so that Sarah could get stamping so I had the "Tilda with Parasol" from the latest Magnolia Club pack. I coloured her using Sarah's Prisma colours and finished off with Glossy Accents on the parasol and boots. I don't know what the papers are because I raided Sarah's stash for everything except the hearts which I bought at Melbick's near Solihull.
I hope you like this card and I look forward to leaving any comments I am fortunate enough for you to leave for me. I love hearing what you think.
