I was at the doctors today and my heel and leg are still badly affected by cellulitis. The wound on my heel is looking a bit better but I have been ordered to take bed rest to take all the weight off my heel. The doctor wants me to go back on Wednesday. Cardmaking is out of the question for the next few days. I will still be able to surf your blogs of course and leave comments. So for the next few days I'm just going to post my Stampaholics cards and forget about challenges.
I must again stress that although I made the cards I will post the design and inspiration is all Siobhan's, the owner of Stampaholics. I visited her shop about a week after I decided to take up cardmaking and she was so supportive and willing to give advice and information to help me get started so she has been a great help over the months. This is another card very much in the Siobhan style - I hope you like it. If you do please leave a comment to let me know what you think (I've got plenty time to read them).
I received this a ward from Therese at Tessas Kortkrok a couple of days ago. I'd never seen this one before and I'm delighted to have received it Thank you so much Therese. I recommend a visit to her blog - you won't be disappointed. However there are conditions to satisfy to accept this award - I have to list 10 things that make me happy, 5 trivia facts about myself and pass it on to 5 people - so here goes.
Ten things that make me happy:-
- My husband who is my best friend
- My family
- My friends
- My faith
- Good music
- A good book
- Gardening (when I'm fit)
- A good detective film
- Reading comments left by other bloggers
- and of course, Cardmaking
5 Trivia facts about me:-
- I love Cruise holidays
- I love the sun
- I love shopping (particularly for Crafts)
- I was an only child
- I love Cavalier King Charles Spaniels
Since this award came from abroad I would like to pass this to 5 of my faithful followers from across the seas.
