Latest on Fiona

Hello ladies. I'm pleased to say that Fiona continues to improve. The infection in her heel has been resolved but the wound round her ankle is still infected. She continues on the intravenous antibiotics and will be on them for another couple of days. It transpires that the Plastics specialists come to Perth from Ninewells Hospital in Dundee for weekly clinics so it looks as though she will be allowed home before seeing them again but we'll have to wait and see.

We are both very humbled by the extent of your interest and the number of comments and emails that have been left for her. It has been a huge encouragement to her and I am indebted to you all for that.

By the way Fiona wanted me to remind you all that the new Crafty Sentiments challenge will be officially published at 09:00hrs today. She obviously has no DT card submitted this week but she would love it if you could find time to call in there and have a go at the challenge.

Thank you for your support and prayers.
William

  13. Oh William that is fantastic news, so glad that Fiona continues to make steady progress.

Fiona, we have missed your beautiful daily creations but I am sure we would all agree that your health and getting better fast is the most important thing at this difficult time.
However, I am glad you have such an efficient secretary to keep us all up to date, it is so lovely of William to do this as I am sure you have many a list of things for him to do for you lol.

Please give her my love and if you remember can you tell her I have finished my MBA-she was so encouraging whilst I was ploughing through my dissertation although I realise my desk gives you palpatations.
