Hi girls. You may well be forgiven for wondering where I have been for the last few weeks. It has been a succession of chest infections, pleurisy and even hospital referrals. I will not bore you with the details but I have had enough prodding, poking, scanning and needles for a while. Just glad I didn't end up stuck in hospital for a long time. I have just not been up to crafting or blogging and to be honest I am beginning to wonder when I'll get back in the full swing of things. I have so missed visiting my regular blogs and the chummy banter. Please bear with me.
I decided that I had better make the effort to fulfil my DT duties and I have made this card for this weeks Cute Card Thursday Challenge where the theme is
Spring Flowers.
The sponsor this week is Whiff of Joy so the prize will be fabulous so go on give the challenge a try and join in the fun.
I have made this very simple card (I don't have the energy for much more). The image is from Country Companions and so are the papers. I used a dark blue bazzil as a mount and the ribbon is from my stash. Not one of my very girlie creations but I hope you like it all the same. I would love to read any comments you might have time to leave.
Thanks for your patience and have a great day crafting and blogging. Above all stay safe and healthy
this card is adorable! love their images and papers....
ReplyDeleteI knew something was wrong and have just kept you in prayer...must be very discouraging BUT Spring is here and hopefully you will soon be able to be outside and enjoy your garden! You may not be able to craft like you used to ...but praise the Lord you CAN still create your beauties ...maybe just a little less often (-:
We aren't getting any younger - that's for sure! hugs hugs hugs
