Cute Card Thursday #214 - DT Card

Hi there girls. Thank you for dropping by to see my offering today. I am so pleased that you found the time and hope you like today's card. I am afraid that I am still struggling with my health but have managed to get a card ready for this week's Cute Card Thursday Challenge where the theme is:-

Animal Magic.

The challenge this week is sponsored by Digital Delights by Louby Loo so I am sure the prize will be worth winning. Why not drop over to the Cute Card Thursday blog and see the DT creations for a bit of inspiration  and then get out your animal images and have a go at the challenge. It would be great to have you joining in the fun with us this week.

I have inked up Penny Black's "Gone Fishing" and coloured these cute chappies with my Copics. I stamped the base card with "Agapanthus heads" in pink to create the background and cut coloured card as mounts for the image. The flowers are from Wild Orchid and the white border is a shiny sticky backed lace. the butterfly was stamped and cut out.

I hope you like this and would love to read any comments you may have time to leave. I so much appreciate anything you have to say.

I just hope that I have a better week and may be able to get back to commenting and visiting my favourite blogs. I miss you all so much. In the meantime, stay safe and healthy and enjoy your blogging and crafting.

Cute Card Thursday #212 - DT Card

Hi girls. You may well be forgiven for wondering where I have been for the last few weeks. It has been a succession of chest infections, pleurisy and even hospital referrals. I will not bore you with the details but I have had enough prodding, poking, scanning and needles for a while. Just glad I didn't end up stuck in hospital for a long time. I have just not been up to crafting or blogging and to be honest I am beginning to wonder when I'll get back in the full swing of things. I have so missed visiting my regular blogs and the chummy banter. Please bear with me.
I decided that I had better make the effort to fulfil my DT duties and I have made this card for this weeks Cute Card Thursday Challenge where the theme is

Spring Flowers.

The sponsor this week is Whiff of Joy so the prize will be fabulous so go on give the challenge a try and join in the fun.
I have made this very simple card (I don't have the energy for much more). The image is from Country Companions and so are the papers. I used a dark blue bazzil as a mount and the ribbon is from my stash. Not one of my very girlie creations but I hope you like it all the same. I would love to read any comments you might have time to leave.
Thanks for your patience and have a great day crafting and blogging. Above all stay safe and healthy
