A Christmas Card

Hi girls. Great to have you here visiting my blog today. I really appreciate you making the effort. Especially since I haven't been the most active blogger recently. I am afraid that the doctor has been changing my medication and I am struggling to settle into the new regime. Still, I sure I'll get there.
I managed to put together this Christmas card and despite the fact that I am not totally convinced by it I decided to post it anyway. Can't quite put my finger on what I don't like about it. The images were all freebies in a magazine, coloured with my trusty Copics. The poinsettia stamp is from the Medallion range by Impressions cut out and coloured with Copics. The design paper is by My Mind's Eye and I used red Mirra board as a mount. The snowflakes were cut from the red mirra board using a Martha Stewart punch and the gems came from my stash.
I would love it if you had time to leave a comment letting me know what you think of this card - don't hold back if you don't like it - constructive critisism always welcomed.
Thank you for visiting and have a great day. Above all stay safe and healthy.
Love and Hugs,

  1. Hi Fiona!
I really like this card! I think the bears in the circles, and then having the one oval offset make for a great looking design. Of course I love your beautiful poinsettia!

  17. Hi Fiona, I'm so inspired by your design, I have thesestamps too and always thought they were too little to do anything with, I never thought of putting them on the card together. I will dig them out now and have a play.
Hope your Meds settle down for you and you can get back to feeling more settled.
    Have a lovely weekend.

  18. Hi Fiona it's good to see your still managing to create. I would say that your card is a little bit busy possibly a plain backing paper would have helped or just taking off one or two elements on your card.

I hope the change of meds will settle down for you Fiona

    Hugs
